NFA carries greater recovery risk because important recovery channels remain outside the buyer's control.
Price
NFA accounts are normally less expensive because the buyer receives fewer ownership rights and recovery controls.

Choose only after understanding the limitations. A lower price should not be mistaken for equivalent ownership.
